From the edition published in L'Estampe Moderne, bearing its blindstamp (Lugt 2790) in the lower right corner of the sheet. From the edition stated to be 2000 in the initial prospectus (apart from the deluxe edition of 150 printed on japan paper), the actual printed edition is certainly much smaller. Published under the direction of C. Masson & H. Piazza, Paris, by Imprimerie F. Champenois, Paris. One of 100 original prints by a variety of contemporary artists to have been published as part of the L'Estampe Modern project between May of 1897 and April of 1899.
