Signed in the plate with the artist's monogram on a tablet lower right.
A clean, rich and dark 16th century / lifetime Meder 'c' impression of the second and final state, printed after the appearance of the short scratch downwards from the figure at the center of the bridge appearing to be a bridge support, showing strong contrasts in the wings, the drapery and landscape, printed circa 1525.
Provenance: bearing an unidentified collection stamp, the letter 'N' in black (Lugt 1950), verso, typically found on ancient Italian prints; also bearing two additional unidentified collector's stamps, verso. In excellent condition, printed on a sheet with thread margins outside the platemark on all four sides.
